This policy outlines how products are delivered, payment options, access terms, and what to expect after purchase. Product Descriptions

Smart Student offers digital products in two categories:

  1. Online Courses – Includes:
    • Portal instructions and a help center for guidance.
    • Categorized lessons featuring video tutorials, downloadable PDF guides, and PDF slide presentations.
    • Smart Student Writing Academy
    • APA Made Easy
    • APA Made Easy Guidebook
    • Courses are delivered through a private online portal with:
  2. Digital eBooks – Available in PDF format for immediate download.

All products are digital-only and do not include physical items.

Product Currency & Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in USD.
  • Purchases made in other currencies will be processed based on the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • Prices may vary due to promotions and seasonal discounts.
  • The most up-to-date pricing for each product is available on its respective sales page.
  • Military personnel receive a 10% discount on purchases.

Payment Options

Smart Student Writing Academy offers flexible payment options:

  • One-time payment – Paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Two-month plan – Full payment split into two payments.
  • Three-month plan – Full payment split into three payments.

All other digital products must be purchased using one full payment at checkout.

Purchases & Transactions

  • All payments are securely processed through PayPal and Stripe 
  • All transactions are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Smart Student is not responsible for any payment processing issues related to third-party providers. 

Smart Student accepts three forms of payment methods:

  • Credit card, debit card, PayPal 

Payment methods Smart Student does not accept

  • Venmo, Zelle, wire transfers, or directly from bank accounts

Product Delivery

All Smart Student products are delivered digitally via email.

  • Online Course Delivery:
    • Buyers will receive login credentials via email to access their private online portal.
    • The email used for the purchase will be linked to their portal access.
  • Digital eBook Delivery:
    • Buyers will receive an email with download instructions to access their eBook in PDF format.

If the purchase confirmation email is not received, customers should check their spam/junk folder or contact 📧 [email protected] for assistance.

Product Access

  • Customers will receive immediate access to their product once the first payment is finalized.
  • Customers will receive lifetime access to the product after all payments are completed.

Access Based on Payment Type

âś… Full Payment (One-time Purchase): Immediate lifetime access after payment is completed.
âś… Payment Plan: Lifetime access is granted after the final payment is completed.
❌ Missed Payments:

  • If payments are not completed, access to the product will be paused until payment is received.
  • If a payment remains outstanding for over 3 months, access to the product will be revoked indefinitely.

Refund Policy

At Smart Student, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Refund eligibility is based on course usage. To qualify for a refund, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course content. If more than 25% of the course has been accessed or completed, a refund will not be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • To request a refund, send an email to 📧 [email protected] using the email address associated with your purchase. Please include a brief message detailing the reason for your request.

Once your request is received, we will review it and issue a refund if it meets our policy requirements. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. If refund is not received within 10 business days, contact 📧 [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

If you purchased a product using a payment plan, you may request a cancellation of future payments under the following terms:

  • Cancellation within the first 30 days:
    • All remaining payments will be canceled.
    • You will receive a refund for the first payment.
  • Cancellation after 30 days from purchase:
    • All future payments will be canceled.
    • No refund will be issued for previous payments.

Once your request is received, we will process the cancellation and notify you once it has been completed.

User Account Policy

  • Users may create an account on Smart Student to access certain features, including purchasing products and managing subscriptions.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree not to share login details with others.
  • Smart Student reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of these Terms & Conditions are detected.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on Smart Student, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Smart Student and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from Smart Student without prior written consent.

  • Users may submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding our products and services.

By submitting feedback, you agree that Smart Student may use, modify, and implement these ideas without any obligation to provide compensation or credit.

Promotions & Special Offers

  • Smart Student may occasionally offer promotions, discounts, or special deals.
